Hospitality & Innovation are the two key words for Sander Allegro’s working philosophy. Allegro applies these key values in his Amsterdam based consultancy company Allegro INN-ovations, a hospitality consultancy firm specializing in strategic development. Sander combines his consultancy work with a part time senior lectureship of strategic hospitality management at Hotelschool The Hague, one of the top Hospitality Universities in the World.

Allegro started his career in the hospitality Industry in France, The Netherlands Antilles. and Belgium. Allegro holds a Master´s degree from the Free University of Amsterdam and acquired a bachelor’s degree in hotel management from Hotelschool The Hague.

Allegro is past President and honorary member of VOL/INCH, the Dutch Association of Alumni of Higher Educational Institutes in the Hospitality Industry, he sits on the board of the The Hague Hotel & Restaurant Association and is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Dutch Based Hotel Chain “Stayokay”. Sander is a regular speaker and moderator at industry events and is a columnist in the two leading Dutch trade magazines for the hospitality Industry.

As consultant and motivational speaker on hospitality strategy & innovation, Allegro carried out assignments for various leading hospitality corporations and NGO’s across the globe. Sander was part of the research team of the International Hotel and Restaurant Assocation that compiled White Papers on the future of the global hotel and restaurant industry.

He served as co-facilitator in various Workshops and Think Tanks around the world and served on several industry conference committees. Sander serves as visiting professor in hospitality colleges in Europe, Asia and the Caribbean and teaches Strategic Management for the NVG Golf Academy.
